Why I Chose Florals for My First Painting Series (Hint: I Miss Spring)🌼

Today I announced that I’ll be working on floral paintings for my very first art series! 🎉
You might be wondering, why flowers?

Well, because right now it’s white, wintery, and freezing here in Toronto, Canada. ❄️ And I’m seriously missing the warm weather—the kind that brings colour, sunshine, and the sweet scent of blooming flowers during spring and summer.

Florals Speak to the Soul
Flowers are everywhere, and they’re something we all connect with on an emotional level. Whether it’s the memory of a garden, a walk through the park, or a bouquet from someone you love—florals are universal. 🌼
And that’s exactly what I want to do with this series: connect with you.
I want to bring you a little piece of my world—my thoughts, my stories, my heart—through my art.
Just living is not enough. One must have sunshine, freedom, and a little flower.
– Hans Christian Andersen
A Spring-Inspired Art Series🌼
This floral art series will be filled with colour, softness, joy, and a little longing for warmer days. Each piece will be a reminder that no matter how cold and grey it gets outside, beauty is still blooming somewhere—and I hope to bring that energy into your space.

Stay Tuned and Follow the Journey
This is just the beginning of my spring-inspired artwork collection, and I can’t wait to share the behind-the-scenes, sketches, painting process, and final pieces with you!
